You may not like Dan Campbell's training stylebut his Detroit Lions were purchased outright.

The one thing that is certain about Campbell is that he is a leader, and the Lions will run through the wall for him.

“I promise you that it will be Monday at 8 a.m. to hear a speech, and you will be ready to speak there,” Paschal joked. “If anyone needs motivation, just a normal 9-5 type of person who is motivated to work out, wakes up in the morning and watches one of his speeches.”

The Lions are 12-2 atop the NFC North, so it's hard to complain too much about Campbell, who has turned the entire organization around.
