According to the lawsuit, which now bears Jay-Z's name, the 13-year-old was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend because she wanted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000. In an attempt to get into the venue, she began approaching my driver. Limousines waiting outside the event filled with celebrities.

“One of the limo drivers I spoke to claimed to work for Diddy,” the lawsuit states. “He told her Combs liked younger girls and said she fit what Diddy was looking for. He didn't let her participate in the awards show, but rather invited her to an after party.”

After one drink, the 13-year-old became disoriented and found a bedroom to rest in. It appears that Jay-Z, Combs, and “Celebrity B” followed the girl into the room. According to the court document, she “immediately recognized the three celebrities.”

The court document stated that Jay-Z raped the girl, followed by Combs' alleged rape of the plaintiff, all while “Celebrity B” watched.
