The final week of Summer Shape Up has arrived!! Whether you've completed all of the challenge so far this week or half of it, it's time to get back in, get motivated, and finish strong. The big prize is waiting for you 😉
5 tips to help you stay on track during the final week:
1. Set a goal for the final week
Whether it's setting a new personal record in your workout streak or sticking to your Hot Body Meal plan without any missteps, setting a specific goal for the past week will give you something to work toward. Write it down and remind yourself daily to stay focused.
2. Don't compare yourself to others
Everyone's fitness journey is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your own achievements and how far you have come since starting SSU.
3. Be positive
Positive self-talk can go a long way in motivating you. Remind yourself of all the hard work you've put in so far and the progress you've made. Encourage yourself with affirmations and believe in your ability to finish the challenge strong.
4. Rely on your accountability group
Your accountability group is there to support you, so don't be afraid to reach out to them for motivation if you feel like you're straying from your goals. Share your struggles, achievements and goals with your children at LSF, and let them lift you up. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey is incredibly encouraging.
5. Celebrate how far you've come
Take time to celebrate how far you've come on your fitness journey. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication you have put in over the past weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and SSU!
This final week of SSU is your chance to finish strong and show yourself what you're capable of. Stay motivated, stay positive, and don't give up. I've made it to week 6 and it's unbelievable!
