Former President Joe Biden He issued a wave of pardons during his final days in office, but he did not pardon Jack Smith, or other figures connected to cases involving President Donald Trump, who has often criticized those he feels have unfairly targeted him.
In a post on Truth Social earlier this month, Trump asserted that “corrupt Democratic judges and prosecutors” had targeted him with “levels of injustice never seen before.”
Biden also did not pardon figures Trump has publicly attacked, including Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, New York Judge Juan Merchan, and Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis.

Trump has repeatedly described the man as “unhinged Jack Smith.”
In a report released earlier this month by Trump's inauguration“With respect to both Mr. Trump’s unprecedented efforts to illegally retain power after losing the 2020 election and his illegal retention of classified documents after leaving office, the principles of (federal prosecutors) compelled the prosecution,” Smith asserted.
“Although we were not able to bring the cases we charged to trial, I believe the fact that our team defended the rule of law is important,” he noted.
2. Alvin Bragg

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought a case that led to a jury convicting Trump of falsifying business records.
Bragg has been one of the targets of Trump's wrath.
On Truth Social, Trump called him “soft on crime Alvin Bragg” and “corrupt Soros-financed prosecutor Alvin Bragg.”
3. Juan Merchan
Trump also criticized Judge Juan Merchan, who participated in Trump's criminal trial in New York.
For example, Trump described him as “the corrupt and deeply conflicted Democratic-appointed acting judge, Juan Merchan,” and claimed that the judge was aiming to “rig the Manhattan trial.”
Earlier this month, before Trump's inauguration as president, Merchan sentenced Trump to unconditional release.

The Georgia Court of Appeals announced the District Attorney of Fulton County, Georgia Fanny Willis is disqualified From the issue of election interference related to Trump.
“You can't have people like this leading a case and then having someone else take it over,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “It was a corruption case, so how could someone else take over it?”
